Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards & Paypal. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your the card processing company will convert the transaction to your own currency. Please note that we do not ship to some areas of Africa and Asia
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling UK shipping is free on orders over £5 excluding VAT. Orders for international shipment will incur a charge according to the total weight of your order.
If your order is urgent you may opt to pay for priority shipping. In this case your order will be sent via a 24 Hour courier such as TNT or UPS. We will do our utmost to ensure that orders with priority shiping are despatched the same working day. However please note that carriers collect from us 3pm onwards. So orders processed after this time may not arrive next day. |
| Delivery Schedule Orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri are usually shipped the same day. Depending on the total weight your item will be shipped either by 1st Class mail or by courier such as DPD. We would normally expect your order to arrive within two working days. |
| Back Orders If any of your items are out of stock we will backorder those items and deliver them as soon as they become available. Backorders are sent free of p&p |
